Streamers keys giveaway while other people waiting for key on STEAM!!!

I don't understand how is this possible i spent well over a 1000 in this game and even though I'm eligible for EA i still wait for my key on steam and streamers are giving away keys left and right and support is not giving any info since morning .I understand that you guys are swarmed with everything going on but please share some info on how long we have to wait because its not fair. Thanks

i just purchased 30 dollars access key and got it instantly so that means they have keys available i don't see why we cant get them when we bought supporter packs few days ago...
