Detected out of date driver error message while I have the most up to date driver
I keep getting this message every time I start the game. Is there any way to disable it? I can verify that I do have the most recent driver for my GPU.
Here is the error message ![]() I am using a NVIDIA Quadro RTX 4000 - here are the details for the most up to date driver. ![]() I downloaded the most recent driver here https://www.nvidia.com/en-gb/drivers/ ![]() Last bumped on Apr 4, 2025, 7:29:29 PM

" your card is not supported. |

"The game still works on my GPU, its just a warning message. Quadro RTX 4000 was released in Nov 2018. This was a message for GGG devs, I appreciate the help but mainly I was asking for a way to disable the warning (like most other games have). I'm well aware its not a 'gaming' GPU. |

It may not be supported in poe2.
I have an RTX 4060 in my gaming laptop and got the message as well. Nvidia did indeed have an updated driver for me when I clicked "view" on their driver page |

What exactly means "it's not supported? Like, what are the consequences of it?
I have Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060 Ti and I can play perfectly fine and graphics are superb. Last edited by Rohak#2089 on Dec 10, 2024, 4:03:20 PM

I have no issues running the game, but I do still receive the driver out of date warning every time I open the game, with no option to automatically disable the warning in the game settings.

![]() In this window, you can see the tabs Prodution Branch/Studio and New Feature Branch. If you choose New Feature Branch and install this driver (yes it also works) you won't get the message anymore. |

poe2 while loading maxes out my threadripper cpu... imagine that...
