Steam Download Broken?

Hey I started downloading on steam as soon as it became available roughly 4-5 hours ago. Aussie net at a solid 5.5mbs.

When it finished on the downlaod page it said in red text next to it "Game Not Released" and I had an option to click retry download which did nothing. When I open the file location I have the Path of Exile 2 folder however its empty, im a little unsure what just took 4-5 hours to download and where the 86gbs went.

Am I somehow good for launch or will I need to possibly download it again from another source?
