Question about PS5 key

So I've already bought EA key PC for my account, and I send an extra one to my brother and he redeemed on PC. Now when I buy EA key on PS5 using the same email as my own PC account, will my brother can use his account to login an play on PS5? Or just I can do that?

Once you purchase any of the new Supporter Packs on the PlayStation store, your PlayStation will allow anybody to take advantage of cross-progression for Path of Exile 2, they will just need to sign in when you start the game.
