Can't choose install location for PoE2 using standalone client

Title. I downloaded the installer, tried to install, installer tried to allocate space to somewhere, then says I have no room. I have 3 drives I can pick between with free space but the installer has no way to choose them, and for some reason my Steam key is unavailable now since I didn't redeem it 6 days ago when I didn't think it was necessary to do so at that time, so how do I install PoE2's standalone client to a different drive?

same issue here the installer defaults to C: but i don't have enough space there.

I believe I have it figured out.

Drop the installer into the drive you want to use and then run it.

It started installing to that drive at that point and now I have the beta downloading.

Use the option button down left ;)

I downloaded the installer and didn't notice that option at first and then I had to unistall the game and every time I try to change the drive it won't do it and keeps going to my C drive

The same thing here. The installer I can select the drive but when I run the game it allocates space only for the C drive where I dont have space.

I tried all the options for the standalone installer (including options button, restore button etc.), but it doesn't work for me: any attempt to start the game using the shortcut leads to the "Windows can't get access... " error. Atempt to start setup file from its folder gives me the very same error.

The options button is not clickable because its behind the allocating files bar and i cant click it because the installer closes itself after it says not enough disk space after assuming i want it on C
