WIll i be able to run PoE2 with my current PC

This question is mostly for GGG because i would like to know if i should buy PoE2 access as i'm not sure if i would be able to run PoE2 on lowest settings
My specs are
12GB ram
Intel core i5-4670k
GTX 1060
SSD drive

Yeah my CPU would be crying, well can't play PoE 2 then
