I didn't receive the Hands of Xesht Back Attachment

Try going to the Twitch Rewards page under your account.
My Account » Manage Account » Twitch Rewards Direct link: https://www.pathofexile.com/my-account/twitch it should show up in your inventory after you visit that page. |
