Issue trying to buy Early Access

So I just tried to purchase the first tier of supporter pack to get early access but got an error, tried again and got the same error, and after checking I was actually charged twice. I see two charges from Xsolla and the money already left my account, I don't have neither access not the supporter pack.

Has anyone ran into this issue? I'm beyond excited to play POE 2 and want to keep trying to purchase the pack but I'm scared I am just gonna keep getting charged every time

I sent a message to support but it's been 5 hours with no reply which is understandable since I can only imagine how busy they must be, I just feel helpless

Please help :(

Hey, thanks a lot for the reply!

Yeah, the first thing I did was sending a ticket... I'll just try to be patient for an answer, just a little worried since the launch is tomorrow
