How do I link my PoE account from PC on console for cross progression?

I know you have to buy the key seperate on console and that's fine. But how do I link the accounts so I can play on console and PC?

Thank you. I got the xbox portion linked but it doesn't give the link to confirm it yet but I'm sure it's pretty slammed right now. I didn't get a verification link just the link to Microsoft permissions page.
