Xbox client download problem

Hello, i've redimed and merged my PC and Xbox account but when i try to dowload the game on console, Xbox ask me to buy again the early access pack before to start the pre-download. Do you know any solution? Thanks

Is the game downloadable on PC, I bought the supporter pack but I dont see any such button on Steam (PC)?
