MTX Exclusive guild hideout

In preparation for poe 2, I decided to finally donate my atlas guild hideout(a week before the interview) from the voidborn reliquary supporter pack to the clan I made. Will it be transferred over to poe 2 or did I lock it to poe 1?

It 100% will not be transferred.
I argued with support with about transferring brand new guild with all the tabs . So far they refuse to transfer anything guild related no matter the reason. |

I already tried bro , with a guild I made days ago and bought all the tabs for poe2.
Argued with support all day. Straight up no transferring , even if you have a good excuse . |

"You are better off asking support@grindinggear.com via email to have the MTX hideout transfer to the guild reversed back into your main account. They are not transferring it to POE2, but if you get it back into your account you can add it to POE2 yourself. Complaining about the transfer from POE1 > POE2 will not have any results because it requires an overhaul of the game system, which can only be done by devs and not support. All complaining will do is needlessly frustrate yourself. |

Emailing support ? That’s been done already .
They made a Blanket policy , no refunds on guild mtx , Nothing transferring over |

I was not talking about a refund for actual money, just getting the points back into your POE account, so you can spend them later.
I doubt they'd do it for anything but recent guild MTX, but for very recent stuff I could see them doing it for guild points transferred to guilds within a certain date range. We all have guilds so we all lose money here, we'll just have to buy it again in POE2. |
