PoE2 Level Downscaling for multiplayer

I assume this will still be a thing in PoE2, but I've been looking for confirmation and haven't found anything. If anyone has seen anything about this or if GGG can respond I would super appreciate it. I have a bunch of friends who are finally going to try the game and i don't wanna have to run 4-5 different characters.
