Cannot redeem Early Access after account deletion and re-linking Steam account

Hello!

My previous post got deleted without any answers and I do not know why.

1. My Pathofexile.com account has two sub-accounts. One is my main (linked with Steam), one isn't
2. I bought supporter pack on the wrong account. So I bought another one on my main.
3. I claimed the Early Access Key on my main. it seemed to work
4. I sent an email to request to delete my non-main sub account because I was afraid the micro-transaction, MTX & stash tabs for POE 2 may be linked in the wrong account.
5. Support said they'd help delete my non-main sub account, but instead deleted my pathofexile.com account (along with my main)
6. I re-created Pathofexile.com account using the same e-mail address and relink my Steam to recover my main account to link with it, but now my main account said "Your account does not have access to Path of Exile 2 Early Access. Bribe a friend who has a spare key or purchase now."
7. I panicked and upgraded another support pack to get another early-access key to redeem again but I got
"This key is not applicable to your account"

Please help share whether this is a bug, or how do I fix this?

I have sent the issues back to support for awhile now, but have not heard anything. I just would like to play EA at launch, I have invested so much into this and it'd truly upset me if I can't get early access after purchasing 4 supporter packs.
