Help understanding Supporter Pack tiers

I'm a big fan of GGG, so I'm trying to accomplish supporting the team at the highest level possible while also reaping the most rewards.

My current understanding of the Early Access Supporter Packs is that once you purchase the highest tier, you receive absolutely everything from the previous tiers, plus more.

However, I'm a little unsure of how the Core, League, and Expansion packs work.

For the current Settlers Supporter Packs, I see that Paladin, Divine Paladin, and Sacred Paladin all offer totally separate rewards, so purchasing Sacred Paladin would not unlock everything from the previous tiers. However, now that I've purchased the Paladin pack, I see that it's saying I can upgrade to receive "in addition" the exclusives from that pack:

Does this mean that I will retain all of the unique Paladin rewards and additionally gain the Divine Paladin rewards just by upgrading, therefore saving myself $30 by doing this rather than buying the Paladin and Divine Paladin packs separately? Or am I missing out on certain rewards by upgrading and not buying them separately?

I appreciate any help. Thanks.

From my understanding, I believe those are the supporter packs for the current Path of Exile 1 league.

But they should function the same way.
If for example you already have the paladin supporter pack, then you could upgrade to the next upgrade tier and so on and so forth, whilst keeping the previous tiers' rewards.

Although, this is simply going off of the image you have provided and the packs page in-game.

For example, the in-game shop's `buy points` page shows the different packs of that series containing the previous tier's content. Which might be a little clearer than the text format if this helps visualize the process better :)

Hopefully this was of some help, but in any case I'm wishing you and yours an absolutely wonderful time!

Hi there,

Higher tier Packs in a Supporter Pack line contain all of the contents of the lower tiers as well. As such, if you upgrade to a higher Pack by paying the difference in price, you keep the contents of the Pack you upgraded from, and also gain the contents of the new tier.

Why then do I only have a single badge per set after upgrading, rather than having all three per set?
