Is it possible to link a different PSN account?

Hi! I want to try out the new cross progression system, playing on PC and PS5. I've just linked a PSN account to my PC account, but I'm not sure it's the right one. I have multiple PSN accounts, and the one I want to link to my PC account has a different email. Is this something that can be done?

They helped me unlink the linked PSN account, but I'm still unsure how to link a different account (as in, registered to a different email address). Is this possible?
