POE 2 Early Access Key Q

hello
I purchased poe2 and have the key. Where should I use this key? I tried using Redeem Key on the website, but it doesn't register. Is this key used to download games from Steam? Then, what is the method? Last bumped on Dec 3, 2024, 5:55:05 PM

I am wondering the same thing.
It shows a key, but when I go to redeem, it says "This key is not applicable to your account". But... on the same page that i see the key, up at the top of the page, in green lettering (green means go?), it says... "Your account will be allowed to log in and play during Path of Exile 2 Early Access." So I guess I will relax, and trust that all is good? |

Hey there,
An Early Access key should be automatically applied to your Path of Exile account when purchased or received so you will not need to input a key to gain access. Additional Early Access packs purchased or keys gained after you get access should appear as keys that can be sent to friends or family here: https://www.pathofexile.com/my-account/early-access The Steam Client Key should unlock the Path of Exile 2 Client in your Steam Library, this does not provide Early Access. Do not share the Client Keys. | |

I want to purchase Liberator of Wraeclast Supporter pack, which I can see is not available via Steam (assuming due to the physical items) If I were to purchase this pack via the website, do I get early access on steam or via your own launcher (or both) Sorry I'm finding it hard to understand how the key situation works and want to bottom it out before spending "the wife will leave me if she finds out" money |

Under POE early access there will be a key you can enter into your steam account to activate it. Just make sure not to give away that steam key as it only lets you download POE 2 on steam. Only accounts with early access will actually be able to play though.

" Link your steam account on the POE website if you haven't just for the utility of it. You can do this by going to the POE website, My Account> Manage Account> Connect for Steam. To redeem code, go to the POE website, again in "My account" and to the bottomish right you'll see "Path of Exile 2 Early Access". Click that and you should have a section for "Steam Client Key". Unlock that key, copy it. Then open Steam. At the top left menu bar you will see "Games". Click that and go to Redeem a Steam Wallet Code. Paste the code there.
