Added primary login with ps5 account, why I was able to get supporter pack?

Looks like my previous thread was deleted silently.
My case - i play on ps and yesterday added a primary login mail to my poe account (addition to my secondary login with sony). Then I was surprised to see supporter packs available for me. Proceeded to get one and received confirmation email that my account is able to get in beta. However, the supporter pack only gave me access to PC, epic store and steam, even though my account is only a ps one. Opened a ticket with support and they just told me that this purchase is for PC only. How come I login with ps account, get supporter pack and suddenly its for PC only? GGG, do you think its normal being able to pay for a pack just to find out later I wont be able to use it? I am posting this so no one else get screwed like this. From the Early Access FAQ:

" Yeah, i saw it. The problem is with this flaw that adding a primary login gives access to these pack which are actually PC only, while all my mtx are on a ps account.
