Karma Koin card charged not get the pack

I bought three 10$ karma koin card and combine them together at 11/29 and then bought poe2 access pack ,first time it tell me timeout,and second time it says fully redeemd card.
The money has gone and I didn't get any thing, i sent an e-mail to support@grindinggear.com, and they just told me to wait and don't send follow up emails as it slows down their work.I fully understand that you guys are very busy recently, but it's been three days. It just don't feel good.
