POE2 Console UI

Is it already in the game or if not, can it be added - to make the general UI layout for Console the same as PC? It looks so much better having the actions in the left and right rather than center. And you can still easily read the button layouts. I know Diablo 4 had this as an option. Can we also get this in POE2 to switch to if we want?
