Early Access Key not working on PoE2 Website

Hey there, it seems like I have gotten a key due to the 480 bucks threshhold. When I go to https://pathofexile2.com/early-access -> Shop -> Redeem Key I get the notification:

This key is not applicable to your account

Is this a bug? I have made all purchases with this account and in "My Account -> Manage Account -> Early Access it states

Path of Exile 2 Early Access Key
XXXXXXXXX
Used: false
This key can be redeemed on the Path of Exile website.

I think I´m being stupid, can someone enlighten me pls? Cheers.

I've looked into this for you and am able to confirm that your account already has redeemed Early Access for Path of Exile 2. Any additional keys you find under my-account/early-access are spare keys which you are welcome to gift in any way you see fit.
