Same Server Locations for PoE2 as PoE1?

Hey guys, wondering if the server locations for PoE2 will be the same as PoE1? I'd love to play PoE2 on a low-ping server in South Africa!

I'm pretty sure AWS provides GGG's servers, so... yes? I'm assuming they'll have servers located in all the same geographical locations.
