Why no templar at launch?

I pretty much only play paladin type classes, and yet Diablo and not POE2 is punishing me for this? My BOL hyped me up to play, and I was all set to get the $450 pack and roll, but not after seeing it won't even be available at launch. What sense does this make?

You should probably have learned around the age of twelve that the world doesnt revolve around you. There is no Templar because the Templar isn't ready to be tested yet. Quite easy to understand :)

It was just the "punishing ME" part that threw me off. There are six classes missing from EA and 24 ascendancy classes, and Templar is sadly one of them. Sucks, sure, but I don't really think this thread will help.

Sounds like you should wait to buy a pack if you want to play Templar. The most recent interviews they confirmed that all classes will be implemented into the Early access so that they can be fully tested for release.

If your only interest is Templers, just wait until people tell you he comes out in Early access
