Looking to buy EA for PoE2, how do I link 2 separate existing PoE accounts Steam & PSN?

My predicament is I currently have 2 separate PoE accounts that were auto generated when I played PoE on my PS5 & separately on PC (Steam). I want to know how I can merge my 2 separate PoE accounts or achieve similar outcome (I.e. as a minimum preferably link my existing Steam ID to my PSN generated PoE account if that makes sense, essentially forfeiting the other Steam generated PoE account).
Reasoning is I have more PS+ PoE bonus items on the PSN PoE account. Another question is if I purchase an EA pack via PoE2 website, can I redeem EA keys/access on both Steam & PSN? Or will I have to essentially buy EA twice on PS5 and PC if I wanted to play EA on both platforms comes 6th Dec?
