Didn't receive twitch drops

I am get my Twitch drop from last week. I claimed the drop on Twitch (with linked acc and everything) but when I click mtx stash or (N) button nothing pops up. Messages tab on the website shows nothing as well (even when I switch between email & steam acc)
Going into the https://www.pathofexile.com/my-account/twitch link, it says the following: Hands of Xesht Back Attachment Nov 24, 2024, 10:50:22 PM ✔ Corsair Back Attachment Nov 24, 2024, 5:12:02 PM ✔ Suffering Back Attachment Nov 24, 2024, 5:12:02 PM ✔ However I've not seen any of them in my ingame acc. Edit: I noticed when I switch accs (one is email primary login, other is steam) to my email acc it shows the drops but doesn't when I select my steam acc. Any way to actually make it useable ingame?
