Thaumaturge of the Vaal Supporter Pack on Steam?

Hi, I bought the 'King of the Faridun Supporter Pack' on Steam and didn't realize there were higher tiers available (Steam only shows the 3 packs first packs). I heard you can upgrade the support pack to the next level, there's a way to do this on Steam and give my friend the extra key?
