redeem code doesnt work

Hey GGG support i bought the 30euro supporter pack and tried to enter the code to redeem my key but it says this "this key is not applicable to your account"? what should i do? im using steam to open the game. Do i need to get new key or what gonna happen now?
the steam client key worked on steam that i got the game to my library it just wont let me redeem the early access key plz help.. Last bumped on Nov 27, 2024, 5:02:51 PM

it also say when i check the early access key status Used: false like that under the code and then it says under that: This key can be redeemed on the Path of Exile website. so it hasnt used the key somehow and i tried to email but didnt get response so tried here

" If your early access page says "Your account is eligible for Path of Exile 2 Early Access!" at the top you don't need to claim anything. Your account already has access so the keys shown are extra to be gifted. The only keys you don't want to give away are the platform (Steam/Epic) keys as this is how you unlock that specific product if you plan to launch through either of those stores. |

Yes you can give those keys to users who can log into the website here and redeem the key which is located under the Shop tab at the top as the last option. This will then allow them to get a steam key from their own account. You should also see at the top if you were a long time supporter a steam key option for yourself with a redeem button where you can then get a code to redeem that into your steam account.
