Give away my supporter pack key

If i got my key from my spendings over the last ... ehm ... 1,5 years, can i give the key from a supporter pack over to a friend?

i got this line of Text: Your account is eligible for Path of Exile 2 Early Access! Thank you for your (or your benevolent friend's) support!

Is this all I need to play on 6th Dec.? I play on Steam Client.

After this Text i got 2 keys. One because I pay 30$ in panicmode over Steam Shop Site.

And after 4-5 Days after the Reveal-Stream i got the 2nd key with this line of text: " Used: false / This key can be redeemed on the Path of Exile website."

Can i Safely give away the 2 Keys for my Friends?

mine had one for steam library which I activated from my previous poe1 support and the 2nd one is for epic store that isnt available.

Im planing on getting the newly released 480$ supporter pack to gift the additional key to my cousin, I think this should be possible, right?

EDIT: I just read it again and it says:
"Please note this key only unlocks the client in your library, it will not provide early access to your account and should not be given away."

so do I have EA now or not, I have 1620$ spent in poe1
