How long does it take GGG support to respond?

My account was stolen in May and a month later I contacted GGG support, it took like 2 months to send necessary informations and I don't know how this "conversation ends." Soo last week I started this conversation again and it will be too long again, because it takes 7-14 days to respond. Soo I hope I'll get my account back before the final release...
Don't know why it is not TOP priority? How can I write 5 character names 7 months after it was stolen? Sometimes I don't know even the day is today... with most character names already taken... it's really hard to guess. It's like: yeah, this is name I could write as character name, but what if it was already taken?... Imagine that support cannot remove Steam from account, but hacker did it in 10 days.
