Path of Exile 2 Key???

I am going to purchase a supporter pack for myself. Can I also purchase a couple of the $30 Path of Exile 2 Keys and give them away to someone else to use for early access?

If you already have access, such as from purchasing a pack, you'll receive this as a key you can give to another player.

Another clarification. If I purchase the $30 Early Access Supporter pack to give to a friend can they use that access key on the platform (PoE Website, Steam, Xbox, PS5) of their choosing, or can it only be redeemed on PoE website?
