Path of Exile 2 Max Settings

I'm building a new computer. Spending $4k total on a 4k setup. In 4k resolution at maximum settings what kind of FPS am I looking to get? If it's only 60 then I can go with a crappy monitor but if it is closer to 144 then I need something better.

Is there a list of what you would expect in 4k gaming?
