Early access on xbox/pc, where 300 currency points goes?

Hi long story short:
- PC account Stregobor#0215 - all micro transactions here
- Xbox account created by PoE1 Stregobor7865#8748 - empty
- bought Lord of Ogham Supporter Pack for Stregobor#0215 - my currency points rised to 690
- used Connect to Microsoft button on Stregobor#0215, after that both Stregobor#0215 and Stregobor7865#8748 are together as subaccounts, both marked as allowed to EA of PoE2

at this point i would assume that i am done with preparation - my PoE microsoft account says i can... BUT GGG mods are telling something different so...

- i went to xbox store and bought EA pack there as well. Now i have that PoE2 placeholder app installed

my question now is where are my 300 points from that second early access pack??!!

Honestly this is so messed up... Is PoE2 creating another account in simillar way as PoE1?? and i should connect it as well?? What is going on??

I have sent an email and hope for clarification. Its not about the money at tris point, you are making great games and earned that, but i just want to have peaceful mind that at the 6th of December i can login, select main account and enjoy my stashes on the console:) In perfect world that 300 currency from second EA pack could go to the main 690->990 because i would use only this sub-account anyway.
Unfortunately right now i am afraid that after login into game at 6th there will be no sub-account to choose.

I just wanted to piggyback on this for visibility. Since not receiving the Early Access Supporter Packs seems to be a large issue, but I don't see many mentions of it for Xbox specifically.

I have also have purchased an Xbox supporter pack on an account merged with a PC account and have not received anything. I purchased the King of Faridun supporter pack on the 23rd via the Xbox store, and nothing. No currency, no early access indication, no indication of my purchase at all anywhere other than my email receipt from the Microsoft store.

I have contacted support already, and am patiently waiting their response, but I'd also like to encourage those who purchased an XBox Supporter pack to double check their PoE profiles on the website.

Did u actually open PoE on xbox?

If u can log to PoE on xbox and u can see that u have all MTX and coins, not only from this pack but also from previous purchases, then most likely everything is ok. U just need to wait for GGG to send u mail about a support pack that u bought on your xbox account. After that, u can log to PoE on PC or just log on this site and everything should be fine.

Im guessing that the reason for it, is that GGG get info about those stuff from xbox and sony servers. Anyway, worked for me.

Well I'll be darned. That actually did it. I downloaded PoE on Xbox, logged in to a character on my Xbox sub account* and about a minute later everything updated in game (currency and MTX) and on the website. Including receiving the order verification. Very good to know, especially if there's any others out there in my boat, who purchased without logging in.

ok... this is so messed up:) I entered the game on my xbox and checked the game, i saw new sub-account selection and still no currency. On my xbox sub-account store i could buy early access pack:) This was kind of funny cause i have PoE2 placeholder app already installed. After that i went back here and refreshed both sub accounts. Guess what... i got currency and sup pack confirmation on my PC account:) Which is actually good solution for me.

To sum that up:
- buying EA pack on 1 platform seems to mark ALL sub-accounts as PoE2 EA eligible, but it does not mean that you can install client on different platforms! - this was not communicated clearly enough and brought a lot of confusion
- buying sup-pack here for PC version update currency and everything instantly
- buying pack in xbox store shows NO indication that anything happens
- login into the PoE1 game on the console for the first time after buying EA pack in xbox store adds that currency to the account
- (this point is just my assumption, no evidence here) when entering the PoE1 on the console for the first time after buying sup-pack in xbox store, currency is attached to the sub-account you use for first login - just my pure assumption, but that could explain why it went to my PC sub-account, not xbox one (which is great to me!)
