MTX between PSN and PC Platforms

God day all!
Just a quick question about the sharing (or lack thereof) between PC platforms and PSN platforms for MTX. While I understand that this will not be possible for cosmetics, will stash tabs also fall under this umbrella? That would mean that if we upgraded all of our stash tabs on PC then we will not be able to see anything in our stash while on PSN. It's one thing to have cosmetics disabled, its another to lose functionality of any new toons.
Would absolutely force PSN players to buy stash expansions now on both platforms (if we want to cross play) and for PSN users to buy the same amount that they had previously bought on the PC else the tabs will not align. If even the stash tabs are not interchangable, how would that work? premium stash tabs are downgraded to standards and the toon playing on PSN would only see a portion of their stash ? Or if I had 5 quad tabs on PC and 5 quads on PSN, can I only push to the quads that I bought on the platform but I could pull from the quads on both? Yikes.
