Can you not buy supporter packs with coins?

I had to split my 30$ amount between two types of payment. So, I bought the 200 and 50 on one card and another 50 on another card. So, I have 315 coins now thinking I could purchase it that way but see no option to purchase.
what can I do here? I just spent the 30$ I had for this and seem to be stuck? I see option on the 30$ for: "Upgrade from previous transactions: 200 Point Pack" for 10$ But I just bought 200+50+50. When I scroll down to the 60$ pack it says: "Upgrade from previous transactions: 200 Point Pack 50 Point Pack 50 Point Pack" for 30$ Haha so it knows those transactions are there. I'm confused. can you only purchase these at the flat rate straight up? am I just screwed here? Last bumped on Nov 23, 2024, 5:36:07 PM

When I had problem like that in the past I just wrote to the support, and they converted points into Supporter Pack.

You can use up to 80% of coins purchased before for the pack.
It is said on the pack details. |

However, the monetary value of purchased Point Packs can be if the Point Packs were purchased within the eligible time period which can be found at the bottom of the relevant Supporter Pack listing here. |
