PSA: Enabling RTX Dynamic Vibrance causes a Loading Screen Loop and Locks up your PC

Already reported it in the Nvidia driver thread.
Driver version: 566.14 Windows 11 24H2 RTX HDR works fine. Enabling RTX Dynamic Vibrance bricks the game. You'll get stuck in a loading screen when you boot up the game, then it will lock up and you can't use task manager or anything to kill it. Requires a hard reboot with the reset button. I am able to replicate this consistently.
