Need a refund for key.

I purchased a early access key earlier which i thought was for psn but now its saying the key is for steam. I don't have a steam account nor do I even have a PC.. Your website is vague i never thought that i would have to go out my way to look on the forum to know psn is for a seperate purchase date. If that information was more tranparent i wouldve never bought the key , as i wouldve thought the key would be for psn.I need to get a refund for this inconvenience please

I tried replying to your PM but it wouldnt let me reply it says im only allowed to message support. I've reached out to support through email and they didn't understand my request. What I typed in the forum asking for refund is what i wrote to them. This was there response "Hey there,

If you wish to play Early Access via console, you'll need the appropriate console key. PlayStation Early Access packs will be available at the launch of Early Access.

This isn't what I was asking at all I was asking for a refund given the circumstances since I wouldn't be able use the key at all. Since I dont even own a PC. Can you please help me out I havent gotten the proper help for this situation.
