I would like to buy supporter pack with beta key for a friend as a gift does anyone how to do it?

Yes you will. However, if you want to gift a pack to a friend (including respective MTX), just send it as a gift via Steam.

Keep in mind only $30/60/100 packs are available via Steam as giftable options.
