Map with no regen impeding affixes is blocking mana regen

The only affix on the map's list that does anything to mana is "111% reduced maximum total life, mana and energy shield recovery per second from leecH", which has nothing to do with regen. Mana regen is blocked regardless.

Life and ES regen are unaffected.

If you have more than 11% recovery rate for ES and Life on tree or items it might counter that mod so your energy shield is regenerating regardless of the mod but you don't have enough increase mana recovery rate...
Just a guess but I was also wondering how I was regenerating ES in a 105% reduced Regen map.

Edit: Another recent post, so looks like a bug with that leech mod possibly. Someone is suggesting the leech could be going to negative. I was thinking this as well, but don't know if it is possible or not (I don't think it is, it would cause negative life leech as well when leeching life, which isn't a thing as far as I know). Do you have any mana leech on your build?

Hmm, that is a bit strange. Looking at your build I was thinking it might be something like Divine shield and lower defenses, but that wouldn't explain for mana.

This was happening everywhere in the map? I see it's a t17, maybe something strange going on there. Were you running any scarabs or anything?
