Performance Issues (4070 super)

I have been experiencing frame drops on large packs of mobs (from 118fps to 60/50fps) and it gets worse to less than 40fps when I play with my friend who is a poison minion build (with snakes) as seen in this video: https://streamable.com/fqhpbk

I haven't even used my skills which fills the screen with lightning

Hardware Specs:
CPU - Ryzen 5 7500F
GPU - RTX 4070 Super
RAM - 32 gb
STORAGE - 2tb SSD
OS - Windows 10

Also, please note that my Divine Skin's Armour effects are turned OFF. Because if I turn it on, it becomes way worse and even playing by myself on large packs this makes my framerate super low!
