For me Vagan also becomes unkillable in a safehouse if I freeze him while he's about to do one of his attack animations, I have to literally unequip my chestpiece to kill off my own totems so they stop attacking and perma-freezing him at 1 hp lol
From the looks of the vid something similar must have happened to you, I can't really tell if he's frozen or not but if your minions have even a bit of added cold damage he probably is frozen and stuck in some animation that he needs to finish, its a pretty stupid bug. |
