Einhar's Hunt Quest Not Working [NOT A BUG AT ALL, SOLVED]

So when I first got this quest, I didn't get the golden line on the map (Act 2) telling me on which level to go. I first thought that it was supposed to be like that, but then I looked at the wiki, where it said that Einhar is waiting for you in "The Riverways". I then also looked on a youtube video for that quest and saw that the line from "The Forest Encampment" to "The Riverways" for that quest was golden on that players screen, unlike mine.

Moreover, I still went to "The Riverways" and I defeated every single mob which spawned, explored the whole map but still no Einhar. Please fix this issue, since otherwise, I will just have a quest which cannot be completed.

Also I am pretty sure that the quest "Einhar's Hunt" should be on the right side next to the other quests that I am still supposed to do (the other quests are "Safe and Sound" and "Shadow of the Vaal")

Are you playing on Ruthless?

Master encounters are forced in some areas are you progress through the game so that you can get a feel for them. However, Ruthless mode does not force those encounters to occur.

If you're playing in Ruthless, the encounters will happen at random. There's a non-zero chance of the encounters not happening before you reach maps.
