Bug with Ursine Procession in wildwood

CWS won't proc if you have reduce crit damage taken over 100% with Ursine Procession from wildwood even with Valyrium and The Agnostic passive.

Edit:
Gain my crit damage taken reduction from:
body armour implicit(50%) + armour mastery(30%) + Sanctum of Thought notable(30%)

Running the map under eater's influence with monster increase crit chance/multi, maybe it has nothing to do with Ursine Procession just because when monster crit
and the crit reduction makes the system thought it deal no damage so even with
0 stun threshold it won't make your character stunned
