Catarina not phasing

Hi, I've been experiencing a bug with Catarina during this league where she doesn't phase and is stuck being invulnerable spamming 3 attacks ("Darkness swarms!", "Your soul burns for me!" and "Give your soul to me!"). This happens in both the Mastermind's Lair and Ziggurat. It seems to fix itself after a period of time in the Mastermind's Lair, but not in Ziggurat. I'm not entirely sure how to recreate this but I'm playing a high DPS Volcanic Fissure of Snaking character with Secrets of Suffering that basically insta-phases both versions.

I've encountered this numerous times too, it's incredibly frustrating. I'm on a high dps VLS build. I think her phasing bugs out when your dps is too high.
