Map device not upgrading after completing Maven Invitation: Atlas - #1622959170

My map device is not increasing in slot from 4 to 5 after completing the Maven's Atlas invitation (10 map bosses). I've completed the 10 boss atlas invitation 3 separate times now, and it's still not upgrading.

Started the character late in the Necropolis league, and am continuing play in Standard after the league end.

I can only think of one very random theory and it being related to the maps you ran were not on the current atlas? If you had some stockpile of maps from previous leagues and ran them they may have caused an issue causing it to be outside of the atlas and not count for some reason.

Very farfetch'd theory with no backbone other than you're playing on Standard and I assume most Standard players already unlocked their extra slots. Try another invitation using only T14+ maps that are on the current atlas (Horizon Orb if necessary) and see if that changes anything. If no change, I'm out of ideas and include a bug report number.

Nah, I updated all the maps, they're all from the current Atlas. My first 10 boss atlas invitation was during the league anyway, just didn't know that the map device could be upgraded then :/

I think I'm gonna just have to contact support, see what they can do about it if anything.

Got in touch with support, said it's not something they can fix, so just gotta hope someone from GGG sees this...

Maybe something else to try is to join someone else's 10-way invitation? Worth a shot anyways. Can also see if you can finish a T17 to see if you can get that slot (or get a carry for just the slot) or if you're just fully bricked from both fragment slots.

did you just skip whole questline or already done whole X-way questline and finally the 10-way and still no unlock?

Yeah, that might be the next thing to try. Have been having terrible luck dropping T17s, but might see if I can find a group for maven.

No, hadn't skipped anything; worked through the all of the Maven's quest line and have even defeated the actual maven from collecting 10 splinters, but no unlock.
