Ultimatum Scarab of Catalysing

From time to time whenever ultimatum ends and the loot ( inscribed ultimatums ) starts to drop, my game crashes. Without the scarab its normal, 0 crashes.

Can you guys check if alot of inscribed ultimatums dropping in a certain place causes some sort of tecnical issue on the server?
