Cold Snap of power incorrectly triggering cooldown

Cold snap of power isn't bypassing it's cooldown by expending a power charge when triggered. Directly casting it works as intended.
Tested using a Cast on critical strike setup. Last bumped on Aug 23, 2024, 12:39:27 AM

It's the same outcome when using Cold Snap non-transfigured. You cannot trigger and bypass in one.
