Linux Kubuntu Startuperror on Steam and NonSteam

Hello there POE Team,

I've played POE already a long time, and had played it many seasons on a Windows-10-PRO PC.



Because I am sick of the Windows 11 and their weird Windows new "features".

I would like to play POE on Linux (Kubuntu), with or without the proton compatibility layer. (native or not, both is fine)

Here is my error on Startup and than instantly crashing (a popup message comes on the black screen on launch telling[path of exile Linux error]):
"vk::physicaldevice::createdeviceunique:errorfeaturenotpresent"

I hope you can fix it, since I for now uninstalled the game and wait for a patch, if possible before POE2, that when I play POE again (and it working on normal Linux, that I maybe buy some stuff again.)
(crashing not caused by CPU, other games work just fine.)

System:
CPU - Intel 13th gen T series CPU
GPU - Intel UHD (upgrade in the future maybe)
Storage - SSD
RAM - 64GB 3600MHz
