Crashing about once every 3 maps since a few days ago

Hi,

Since last friday, I think I've been crashing every 3 maps. I'm doing glacier with tormented spirits and rogue exile. I noticed I often crash when killing a rare or unique monster so I removed my finisher effects but it did nothing.

I tried reinstalling the game, using DX11/12/vulkan, reinstalling .NET framework, putting everything possible on low... To no avail. What can I do to prevent this ? The game is becoming unplayable
