I have already upgraded all interactables to 11 and still have not been granted credit for the challenge.

Not all upgrades are rank 11. There's 9 in total, including Recombinator, double check all of them.

Same for me, checked everything and the challenge is not completed although everything is on max rank.

Figured it out guys! My missing piece was the recombinator. Once I had it maxed I was credited the challenge.
