Rerolling corrupted Maps in Harvestcrafting

I noticed that rerolling corrupted maps via Harvestcrafting with the

"

Sacrifice a Corrupted Map. Create a new Corrupted Map of the same tier and rarity.

only ever rerolls between the original four Tier 16 Maps (Lighthouse, Sepulchure, Crystal Ore, Orchard). Since I'm having all four Voidstones, I assumed it rerolled between all possibilities of my personal Atlas.

Did I mess up realising this wording or is this intended?

Yes, Horizon orbs follow the same logic. They only respect the natural tiers of the map, not with Voidstones.
