Sorcerer Wand + any of the three buffs from the "Demonc Power" Atlas Notable causes visual bug

When you use the Sorcerer's Wand weapon mtx and you get any of three possible buffs from the "Demonic Power" atlas notable, the weapons bug out and black squares appear all around the weapons.

I've tried to switch between the three available render engines, but they all produce this bug



On all tiers except for tier 1 of the mtx the bug happens
